Nicole van Gelder has been a MFN/ADR/IMI mediator since 2000. She is affiliated with the courts of Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar. She is a peer reviewer for the MFN and the IMI. Also she is a fully certified ADR conflict coach. She was trained at Harvard University. As of 1998  her biography has been published into Marquis Who’s Who, which is comprised of the top 3% of the professionals in the world.

An experienced leader and negotiator, Nicole van Gelder guides individuals and groups in several areas, including dispute resolution, business mediation and public policy mediation.

Besides guidance in conflict situations, she also assists teams and individuals in various transformation processes, for example phrasing new missions, developing new services, or modifying fixed team patterns.

Nicole van Gelder is also an experienced trainer and peer consultant. She is an excellent chairwoman and manager and has initiated several professional associations. She trained as a creative facilitator in Belgium and the United States. Before 2000 she helped facilitate complex negotiations, both national and international, for the Municipality of Amsterdam.
